Pros
Great co-workers Volunteer within the community
Cons
-Contract ends in December. They probably won't win the contract again, so unless you want a temporary position - stay away from Cambridge. -They make no effort to help employees grow or develop. -There is a lack of respect for team members and their willingness/want to learn. You have to develop yourself on your own time. -There is NO training on this contract, which is common knowledge to the entire executive team. Don't expect support from management. -There is no consistency between teams in the office. -There is no flexibility for work-life balance. They demand you are there whenever they say so, without discussion. Some teams may be more flexible than others, but see my previous point. -There are no support systems in place if you have any communication issues within your team. The office is a "clique-y" environment with no accountability for management. They run this place into the ground and have no desire to retain current employees. STAY AWAY.
