Pros
1. The HR team is quite welcoming during the onboarding. 2. Good ambiance workplace. 3. They host monthly social events for the employees. (not sure if this still happening)
Cons
1. Gives false promises to their employees. During your onboarding, the management will tell you that annually you will be evaluated and expect a monetary increase. But I've been in the company for almost 3 years but never a single centavo was given to me given an excellent performance review. 2. Implements policy that involves salary bracket that were not inclusive and inconsiderate. Any amount of effort or excellent performance review or certifications earned are useless when you have reach the ceiling of your salary bracket. They will never give you any salary increase. 3. When the company adapted remote work setup, they became so paranoid with what their employees are doing to the point that they require all the employees to install this productivity monitoring software both on our work machine and our personal mobile device. We are required to log in with selfie using our mobile device and log in again to our work machine to start the monitoring with screenshots. 4. When we were mandated to transition from working in the office to remote setup, we requested an allowance to somehow cover our electricity expenses. But instead we were told that we should be "grateful" that we still have a work. End of story. 5. They continuously hire new employees despite having current employees that are about to lose their clients. These new hired employees are allocated as internal resources since the company is having difficulty getting new clients. As a result, some of these newly hired were laid-off due to lack of clients.
