Pros
Pleasant atmosphere, the night shift was nice hours with the exception of mandatory early morning weekend shifts. pay was good and lots of bonus incentives for large accomplishments as well as giveaways etc.
Cons
Change can be good but teams, tactics, rules and procedures are constantly changing which causes quite a bit of confusion throughout various levels. Often management can't keep up to date enough.
