Poor - Clinical Team Doccla Employee Review

Lots of redundancies within company multiple times during my employment. Boring, repetitive work, no progression, you will loose your clinical skills, very little training/education. Clinical team seemed like a side note in the company, not valued, made NHS seem preferable place to work.
