Toxic and deeply delusional senior management - Some Role In Engineering Doccla Employee Review

Through my tenure I've repeatedly experienced the following from senior management: - Gaslighting. - Patronising and condescending behaviour. - Being lied straight into my face. - Taken for granted while being worked into the ground. Furthermore I have seen clear evidence of: - Favouritism. - Discrimination / sexism. Doccla is a meat grinder that takes talented people who want to do good and squeeze every last drop out of them while doing working crazy hours before being discarded. The high attrition among knowledge workers is being gaslighted from senior management as completely normal startup churn. Senior management has shown zero sign of wanting to change the fundamentally toxic culture, so if you value your physical and mental health do not apply at Doccla. I truly wish I was exaggerating.
