- A very obvious lack of diversity starting from the C-level and in pretty much every department
- Terrible maternity/paternity policy - it's the bare minimum for a tech company. It's actually pretty embarrassing when talking to other people in tech
- Very political and lack of transparency from mid-level managers
- Some very inappropriate behavior and comments from both female and male senior management to employees (and very little is done about it when reported)
- In my experience - managers don't grow and mentor their staff to senior positions and instead hire in senior managers (that bring their own people)
