-The scale of growth is not without minor growing pains; lack of space at certain offices, semi-inflated management teams, lack of clear role responsibilities.
-Despite the "global" stamp, the company still has a tendency to be very North American centric - both in the product and internally (but it is clearly getting better!).
-Over the years it has become less of a "people" company and more of a "numbers" company, which is disappointing but inevitable.
