- Lack of accountability.... incompetent people can skate by and take credit for other people's work. It's ok if incompetent people ignore the go-getters, but if the go-getters ignore them, they complain. Two great examples are Product Marketing and INTL marketing teams, who have no measurable impact but complain the loudest and create more work for other teams.
