Since a some changes in management took over a lot of things changed. - Management is desperately impatient with everything and everyone - Management knows it all and everything, he doesn't need to check-in with his teams or get feedback - Management is overly critical - basically you never leave a conversation with him with a smile - Management is disorganized - always too late for meetings, changes his mind on a daily or at least weekly basis - Micromanagement - They check our calendars, makes notes on who is in meetings, who doesn't ask questions, cameras on all the time etc. pp.
