Cons
-Removed some additional time off we had for christmas and during the year without listening to the employees who wanted to keep these benefits -a lot of changes in the past couple of years, with change of CEO and other C-level players -it often feels like the company grew so fast that the processes didn't follow quick enough. Things are changing but it will be a slow process. At the same time, a lot of changes are happening. good for opportunities but if well managed. - Some managers we see (not necessarily in the SC org) are not at the level they should be. Lack of knowledge of the daily job (what we do/offer, what the processes are, etc)
