      Pros

      Great support system, company has some of the best processes in retail. Great overall culture!!! Often there is always someone available to help when needed.

      Cons

      Some struggles in finding great associates to fill positions, it can be difficult to bring in experienced management, however there is great focus on expanding from within.

      Pros

      None. This is the worst company I've ever worked for. The pay is not commeasurate with the amount of work that you were expected to do. Dollar General runs their stores on skeleton crews and each person is expected to do the work of 3 to four people.

      Cons

      Everything. From dealing with incredibly rude customers, to the pay, to the workload and everything in between. Again, this is the worst company that I have ever worked for and I've definitely had my fair share of jobs in my lifetime.
