Thanks for the review. Hopefully you'll soon recognise that we're working hard to make positive changes to our communication and processes in enable continuous improvement.
1st shift is bosses and leads looking to keep their job. While they're not at the top of the hill, they're not at the bottom. Guess who is....Many 1st shift have been there forever and act like it. 2nd gets more work done and is less political and smoother.
Cons
You work at Doncasters.... Management is Investor's who know nothing about manufacturing. The managers barely know much about running a manufacturing business.
