      Pros

      There is certainly a large bandwidth of work that can be accomplished at a big organisation like Downer. Pay is okay. Not groundbreaking though.

      Cons

      Constant change, but not change for the better. Very poor managerial/director leadership. They are always trying, but high turnover makes it very difficult to inact cultural changes and the company just plods along.

      Pros

      Great group of employees, vehicle usually provided to Site Engineers after 1-2 years of employment if you are site-based A lot of offices in New Zealand to be able to move around

      Big company - usually little say on your next job/posting
