Too much overtime half the year. Things have fallen apart since Cinven acquired Drake. C-Suite execs can't seem to find ways to improve profits without laying people off... Which doesn't help the fact that everyone in the company is severely overworked and underpaid due to being understaffed. For whatever reason, higher-ups seem to think laying people in teams working 70-hour weeks is a good plan. No clear direction; it seems decisions are made on a whim, some of which can be life-changing for employees. Nearly complete lack of diversity.
I'll be surprised if Drake makes it another decade under this new leadership. It was a solid company to work for.
