Pros

You work with fun people without the drama or "clique" mentality of many other agencies. It has a great location and a good client list for it's size. I've never felt the need to filter my thoughts. The team works hard but also knows when to crack jokes and celebrate good work and important personal milestones in each others lives. Management is very receptive to employee feedback and has an open door policy. Making steps to make the office a more creative environment. You can nerd out over movies, music, design, art, etc. with you bosses without having to consciously remind yourself that you are talking with "the big boss man". Salt of the earth people.

Cons

If you've worked at an agency before, the cons will be no big surprise. There are quick turns, lots of churn. Management of resources is very shaky and don't expect to ever truly "own" a project as the creative team is set up to pick up and hand off work as needed, which is very often. There seems to be a lack of a discovery process on the user side and much of the work is based on assumptions and direct asks from the client. Expect your workload to be 70% emails, 20% site banners/graphics and 10% websites or other highly involved digital interactions.

Pros

A sense of ownership from the bottom up. Great clients. An understanding and fun company culture. Great individuals all across the company. Embraced WFH very quickly and have had no major issues with going remote.

Cons

We run pretty leanly. There are pretty tight deadlines where additional time is required, but that's advertising..?
