Dweck is the absolute best company I've ever worked for -- hands down. It's not just the benefits and fair pay (which are great), but the culture. Dweck truly believes in their mission to "deliver kindness in every interaction, through clarity, grace, and empathy." People here are kind, hardworking, and thoughtful and truly want to see each other (and the company) succeed. We literally have trainings on how to develop not only as professionals but as human beings. There are always opportunities to learn and grow, with lots of upward mobility (and internal promotions). The cherry on top of all of this is the amount of incredible diversity of our team, especially in HQ, which is not common in the commercial real estate industry. I think Dweck is changing the face of this industry and am happy to be a part of it.
