Was once great, but with the new management, everything went downhill. Management is really cold and doesn't really care about the team. Treated like robots, smile and dial. It's becoming a call centre with the new management as KPIs more than doubled. SDRs are treated like a pawn in this corporate game, putting you on notice/warning to be fired as they please. Constant micromanagement and pressure from the management. Very manipulative leaders. In short, stay away.
