Pros
Good work life balance for employees - there is good flexibility with scheduling of appointments during worktime (we just had to make up the time difference, which was no stress). Management is very approachable and they recognize employees who take the initiative to take on more responsibility and develop their own job position to do more for the company and the employees
Cons
difficult small value customers are often the major focus, we should spend more time to understand the underlying problems and resolve them or cut our losses and wish them the best in transitioning to new providers (and do everything we need to to ensure a smooth transition). this would enable staff to focus on developing and enhancing other relationships that can have a more positive impact on the company, its values and the community.
