Pros
The team at ECi are supportive and always willing to assist when you are stuck on a customer issue or just need to share an idea. It was a (mostly) great environment to be a part of.
Cons
All big decisions and company culture directives come from the parent company in the US, often leaving the AUS (and other non-US) team out in the cold.
