Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you valued the sense of community and enjoyed working alongside your colleagues—creating a vibrant culture is something we care deeply about at EF. We regularly review our benefits offerings and, by many comparisons, they are strong and comprehensive, though we know expectations can vary by role and stage of life. EF’s environment is fast-paced and entrepreneurial, and while that resonates strongly with many, we know it isn’t the right fit for everyone. Again, thank you for leaving a review and best of luck on your next adventure.

Pros

You get to choose your tour and recruit the students you want to bring. The paid chaperone ratio is 6:1, so it is very manageable. The tours are great and the local experts are wonderful.

Cons

Company support is variable. There is high turnover and new consultants are very sales motivated and don't always get the nuances of your school or community group. I have had some WONDERFUL concusltants, but they have always been promoted before I get to work with them again.
