Decent at the start but went downhill - Online English Teacher EF (Education First) Employee Review

If there are technical issues with the platform, we are able to support teachers and students promptly. Teachers have a dedicated team managing a customer-service ticketing system to ensure all queries are responded to as soon as possible, and students have a similar system available with their own dedicated multi-lingual team. It’s case by case, but if an issue arises on the teacher’s side, teachers may not be compensated if the class could not be taught. However, if the problem is clearly on our side—for example, if the site goes down—we proactively update class statuses and ensure teachers are compensated, even if no report is submitted. Our goal is always to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
