Pros
Great culture, and while not perfect, there is a great focus on people and the customer. Flexibility is available, aligned to role requirements. Company purpose is very much focused on customers recovery from injury, so aligns very much with my own.
Cons
Some systems are behind the times, however there is a lot of ongoing focus on improving this, and the teams involved are great to work with.
