Poor Management and Training. - Case Management Specialist EML Employee Review

Management was constantly changing as were workplace policies (making it hard to keep up with as even Team Leaders did not know what the situation was half of the time). Team Leaders are poorly trained. General manager that is supposed to look after employees, is simply rude and dismissive. General Managers and Team Leaders are VERY hypocritical. EML has a lot of toxic employees with too much gossip and high school drama for a workplace. You are told not to share salary with colleagues as some are being paid less for the same job (dodgy practices)
