Pros

-Get accepted easily with no interview. -Get free experience from their friends who work in other companies without having a real interview and you can work as a contractor in EMR CPR's friends' companies.

Cons

-They lied to me saying this would be a consistent part time job when it is not a regular part time job at all. It is just project based and you only sign up to work for projects. Before I started, I even called them and they lied. -The projects are awful and not IT related at all. It's basically manual labor. I went to a project where we had to install server racks and some servers and was not technology related at all. This is not what I went to school for. - You have to sign up for a project SUPER FAST. The minute they send an email out saying they need x amount of employees, you have to sign up the second you receive, because other people are competing against you and it fills up. Make sure you get server training for the server projects. -They have people nominate their favorite employees every month for standing out -I worked at another company (that had full time employees who were EMR CPR friends) as a contractor and that company fired me from it for unspecified reason and EMR sent an email to everyone saying they needed someone, but it was to get rid of me. EMR gave an award to the other guy contracting there all because his personality was different than mine.

Pros

You get paid around minimum wage. You can go to different offices

Cons

You can get paid less than minimum wage and less than new employees if you have been with the company for years. They don't give raises, not even by one cent. New hires in their late teens can get paid more than you if you have been with the company as a move technician for 5-10+ years.
