Pros

The company provides work shirts. When I'm on the job site people ask if I am there teaching CPR classes.

Cons

Restrictive work environment. I was written up for using the restroom without permission. I received an email from the CEO asking for employees to leave reviews. The company misleads its employees with false advertising. I received an email saying that I could join a fortune 500 team. The company sent me to DropBox and Linkedin to clean computers. The job is more of a combination of hauling and cleaning. The work culture is weird I'm not sure if anyone at this company actually knows anything about IT. The company seems generic and the office is located in a garage. I had to attend training in a hot garage and crawl around on a cement floor.

Pros

They will hire pretty much anyone Don't expect prior experience

Cons

Never paid me for hours spent training (which I had to go through twice) Would change my schedule around at a moments notice, often scheduling two shifts with one ending at midnight and another starting at 6 am Lied to me about what I would be doing, said I would be doing help desk work, instead had me doing manual labor which I was not prepared to do Refuses to take people off the email list

Pros

-Get accepted easily with no interview. -Get free experience from their friends who work in other companies without having a real interview and you can work as a contractor in EMR CPR's friends' companies.

Cons

-They lied to me saying this would be a consistent part time job when it is not a regular part time job at all. It is just project based and you only sign up to work for projects. Before I started, I even called them and they lied. -The projects are awful and not IT related at all. It's basically manual labor. I went to a project where we had to install server racks and some servers and was not technology related at all. This is not what I went to school for. - You have to sign up for a project SUPER FAST. The minute they send an email out saying they need x amount of employees, you have to sign up the second you receive, because other people are competing against you and it fills up. Make sure you get server training for the server projects. -They have people nominate their favorite employees every month for standing out -I worked at another company (that had full time employees who were EMR CPR friends) as a contractor and that company fired me from it for unspecified reason and EMR sent an email to everyone saying they needed someone, but it was to get rid of me. EMR gave an award to the other guy contracting there all because his personality was different than mine.
