      Pros

      If you like chaotic, this is the place to work.

      Cons

      Bad pay. Inconsistent leadership. Will take advantage of hard workers. Hard to move up no matter what you do. Will burn you if you dont "drink the koolaid. This place is hell, seriously it isn't worth it to work here, it is extreamly toxic.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
