If you can play "stupid" you are on the right track. "Stupid" employees are more valued than others and very often are rewarded with bonuses and salaries. So being "stupid" in this company counts a lot! If you can do this a impending retirement in this company is guarantied.
Cons
Loyal employees are often treated poorly because they are loyal and employers think they will not leave. Especially in the IT department! Middle management sucks the life of employees and is an absolute morale killer. They only care about filling their pockets with money and don't care at all about the employees. Salaries are poor in relation to other companies in the country. It all looks nice on the outside. But the content inside is rotten.
