      Flexible, competitive pay, hybrid work options

      Cons

      The company is a mess- they have very little direction, company goals change frequently, the head management have very little idea of what they are doing and jump from idea to idea extremely quickly. Poor training/onboarding and little loyalty to employees.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Earthscape is committed to treating it's employees and clients with the respect they deserve. There is a strong team mentality, and I have always felt supported in my work.

      Cons

      Earthscape is a large company and it can take a while to figure out who's who and where to go for the answers you need.
