Full of lovely, clever, talented people who work hard for their clients and to create a great company. Hard work is recognised and rewarded. Generous holiday allowance. Flexible working actively encouraged. Nice perks like free breakfast, subsidised canteen, Thursday drinks. Good benefits package. This is a company that genuinely cares about their staff. They have quarterly, anonymous staff surveys covering all aspects of life and work at Edelman and they take negative feedback very seriously and act upon it.
Cons
The agency is huge (500?) and despite efforts to become an integrated communications consultancy is still siloed. Edelman has a creative department within it that is sadly under utilised by the majority of the business units who are still pure play old school PR.
