Operational Disorganization: Internal workflows and processes are highly disorganized, leading to unnecessary friction in daily tasks. Recruitment Transparency: The most disappointing aspect was the lack of honesty during the hiring process. The actual requirements and expectations of the role differed significantly from what was presented during interviews, particularly regarding flexibility and location.
