We take concerns around management, communication, and workplace environment seriously. Our goal is to provide a supportive setting where clinicians feel respected, guided, and able to focus on their clinical work. We continue to invest in training, supervision, and leadership development to strengthen consistency across teams. HR follows established standards and processes designed to ensure fairness, compliance, and consistency, and while some decisions can be difficult, the goal is always to act legally and in the best interest of all parties involved.
We also want to acknowledge that school-based work can be demanding, and experiences can differ depending on the setting and team. Feedback like yours is important in helping us evaluate and improve.
