Pros
Good extended health benefits. Relaxed dress-code. Nice co-workers (excluding management and executives).
Cons
No job security. Misogynistic environment - not a lot of room for women to move up. Less respect for women, and we aren't taken seriously in general. Had to put up with constant abuse from managers, with HR just taking the side of higher ups, despite evidence of harassment and bullying. Constant turnover, not a lot of consistency, even with hardworking good employees. Many talented-hardworking employees want to stay in the company, but are caught in the cycle of 1 year contracts. Lots of re-training and loss of morale due to good people leaving the company/team. Lots of overtime and work from home is expected. Low pay for anyone under Executive levels. Anyone in higher up levels are compensated very well, but lower levels are under the average studio rates.
