      Great perks around campuses Loads of talented people Great discounts Decent compensation You can seemingly skate by and be lazy for years if you're into that sort of thing

      Cons

      Bloated management structures Lack of drive towards innovation or new IP Absolutely not a meritocracy Senior staff seems to still be in place (and getting promoted) after doing nothing but drive the stock price into the dirt

      A lot of good and smart people that are able to create good work together.

      Cons

      Restructuring every year, nepotism, no clear path for career progression at all, senior leadership isn’t communicating clearly, acquisition communication has been non-existent, layoffs are a constant factor and fear, unclear why some people get promoted and many high performers do not
