      Pros

      NCL is a great place to work. The company has seen significant growth which keeps everyone very busy, but the company rewards employees for performance. Great culture, we occasionaly will have pot-luck & company provided lunches or other social events to bring everyone together and reward everyone for their hard work. Good benefits. Management is very connected, the CEO and other managers will at times help work on the production line.

      Cons

      Much of production is done with temporary employees, who are not as loyal to the company and less reliable.

      Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Some terrible leadership on production floor. To many changes leading to personal not feeling supported. If help is requested leaders made the person requesting help interrupting something more important. Little communication between upper management and floor personnel.
