Pros

NCL is a great place to work. The company has seen significant growth which keeps everyone very busy, but the company rewards employees for performance. Great culture, we occasionaly will have pot-luck & company provided lunches or other social events to bring everyone together and reward everyone for their hard work. Good benefits. Management is very connected, the CEO and other managers will at times help work on the production line.

Cons

Much of production is done with temporary employees, who are not as loyal to the company and less reliable.

Absolutely none, there is no positive here.

Cons

You will be overworked, underpaid and undervalued. Literally anywhere is better than this place. Leadership will lie and throw you under the bus to make themselves look better. You will be expected to work overtime all the time (luckily it is paid if you are hourly but none of the salaried staff is paid, and it is expected that you work 10+ hours daily, 5-7 days a week). When staffing shortages became impossible to ignore employees were expected to work overtime to cover shortages. They have lost a significant portion of their staff in 2022 and refuse to acknowledge that it’s a culture problem, not an employee problem. Favoritism is rampant and if you aren’t a favorite, you’re a scapegoat.

Creates exciting and innovative product for some of the biggest names in the industry. The management is down to earth and very approachable. Overall friendly environment.

Cons

No career development. Upper management gets promotions and new titles often, while their direct reports can be stuck in the same role for years.
