You will be overworked, underpaid and undervalued. Literally anywhere is better than this place. Leadership will lie and throw you under the bus to make themselves look better. You will be expected to work overtime all the time (luckily it is paid if you are hourly but none of the salaried staff is paid, and it is expected that you work 10+ hours daily, 5-7 days a week). When staffing shortages became impossible to ignore employees were expected to work overtime to cover shortages. They have lost a significant portion of their staff in 2022 and refuse to acknowledge that it’s a culture problem, not an employee problem. Favoritism is rampant and if you aren’t a favorite, you’re a scapegoat.
