Not much to say. Reading other reviews regarding staff turnover, I would disagree. It’s a project based industry and people coming and going comes with this. You will find this at most professional companies.

Library is very well managed. Flexible working & WFH, however they are standard in most companies now. But you do get to go home an hour earlier on a Friday in June, July & August!

Very high and fast staff turnover, sadly the good ones don’t even stay a year. I lost count how many people came and went. Agree with other reviewer, was lied to at interview about the role and company. Work environment is chaotic at best. Benefits are actually minimal; no private health care, minimum pension contribution. Basic IT equipment and the studio space is tiny for size of the team, plus it is in the middle of nowhere!
