Terrible culture very toxic environment

It’s a terrible place to work

The downstairs team is friendly and nice. The upstairs team has a marketing team which is widely known around the business for continuous bullying and gaslighting by the head of department. It's become quite upsetting to watch, we have all seen many times the whole department leaving because of the head of department. Many people there leave due to her bullying and throwing under the bus style management. I'm not personally in the department but everyone is aware and wants the head of marketing to leave. The MD is nice sometimes but once threw something at an employee and is known to lose his temper.
