Some great people work there, but they don’t get enough credit for their hard work

Be warned that there’s a risk you’ll be gone within the first 6 months of working there, disguising their monetary worries with ‘performance concerns’. Passing your probation and receiving positive feedback about your performance means nothing at Ellisons. They will try and find any reason to get rid of you, even when they have no leg to stand on. Basically if you’ve been in the job for less than 2 years, they can get rid of you without any sound argument. Managers and the CEO give no support to their hard working staff, completely taking all the work they do for granted. They do not deserve to work in business full stop. Don’t be convinced by their so called ‘values’ and Investors in People status. It means nothing.
