      Everything is in order, people are collaborative and engaging. They will set you up to succeed. Very good culture plus great pay!

      Cons

      They turn off the AC at the office exactly at 3 or 4 PM. Apart from that, there's nothing I can think of

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.

      We are working on a location full of noise, really hard comuniation between CXM and the client.
