Very consistent brand, customer service is key, empowering employees and offering employees great benefits. Offer excellent training for new members of the hospitality industry. Still expanding in many areas along with being connected to the Hilton brand.
Cons
Not many advancement opportunities, limited salary, most older properties need renovations and updates. Often restaurants are managed by third parties.
