Pros
Laid back environment. No sense of urgency during the month. Managers respect workers. Suggestion box put in for management review
Cons
The end of the month crunch is sometimes impossible because of bad planning and the inability of the company to work with a good planner. Hourly employees have to contend with a point system that doesn't allow them to have sick time or personal time. All and any time taken off comes out of the employees hourly vacation. To many points counts as reason for dismissal. Employees have a suggestion box but mostly the ideas are looked over and given a reason why they can't be done.
