Pros
Technology and approach was interesting at the time Great co-workers, decent project budgets. Opportunity for advancement if you were willing to move or travel.
Cons
Lots of layoffs, good employees were let go because they didn't mesh with the corporate culture. Lack of communication between St Louis and remote locations and divisions. With distributed enterprise, lots of conference calls at odd hours of the day and lots of travel.
