      Poor leadership and communication. Numerous layoffs during 2023. With held bonuses and unrealistic goals. Bonus is based on shipment of product which is constantly manipulated by management and operational execution is terrible

      Great job with minimal experience in industrial sales. On-the-job training and management at this level have great upside, with the ability to earn a high commission rate.

      Cons

      The larger organization is siloed and slow-moving. Finding opportunities to network and grow in this position is up to the individual employee.
