1> There are some Technical leads who doesnt have 1% of corporate etiques. 2> Its school, where attendance are important than actual effective work. So, TL comes to office, stays for 12hrs to please Manger but roam around for 5 hrs here and there. 3> Always statement is there such as you are 10 yrs / your are 15 yrs exp, you should do that and this. But TL itself is 17yrs, but couldnt able to complete requirement freeze since 1.5 yrs. And any critical activities come he vanish. 4> TL / Scrum master sitting at that position but he ask team members to take standup and sprint rectro.
