Pros
- Good culture, staff is very friendly - Manager defends employees from corporate bashing
Cons
- All staff are required to signed a non-compete regardless if entry level position or management (WM or Progressive does not have this requirement) - Salary is low compared to other waste management companies - TERRIBLE BENEFITS (currently at 50%) - Company not willing to spend any money, currently sitting on a fold out chair - Outdated software - Lack of communication from corporate - IT is terrible
