Pros
IF, and that's a big IF, you land in a good business unit, the job can be pretty cool. I was in the Events Division of IMG for awhile and my boss was awesome, I enjoyed the travel, some of the events were fun, and the pay was decent. After a few years in, I moved into a different division and it was a totally different experience.....
Cons
If you end up in a bad business unit, it's totally toxic. I endured true and real trauma, which still effects my life today after being out of the company for over a year. My boss was terrible, I was expected to work 18 hour days 5-7 days a week, the pay was abysmal, and this was at the Vice President level! It is honestly hard for me to give advice here to anyone considering employment at Endeavor. You truly roll the dice because you won't know what you're getting into until you're in. 'Company Culture' varies vastly from business unit to business unit. Endeavor is such a massive company that no one review is going to be representative of the company unilaterally. If the job sounds intriguing, take it, but protect yourself and GET OUT if you see red flags in your first few months. It is not worth the degradation of your mental health to stay because it will not get better.
