Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We regret to hear that your time with us didn’t meet expectations. The feedback about layoffs and material readiness is important, and we're always working on improving planning and communication across job sites. The nature of construction work can sometimes create difficult staffing and logistical decisions, but we’re committed to improving consistency and supporting our teams more effectively. We value all of our employees—past and present. If you're open to sharing more detailed feedback, we welcome it at HR@enerfab.com. Your insights can help us continue to improve. -NH

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found our salary structure competitive and the work environment positive—these are both areas we take pride in. We also appreciate your note on onboarding and training. As a company with many tenured employees, we recognize the importance of making sure new team members have the tools and support they need to succeed. Your comment highlights an opportunity, and we’re actively working to strengthen our training and knowledge-sharing processes to ensure smoother transitions for new hires. Thanks again for helping us improve. - NH
