"Some people say i'm lucky" - Technician Energy Systems Employee Review

We want to thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback about your experience and we are sorry to hear how poorly you feel. I noticed you referenced the term "lucky". I can only assume this was based on my vision and experience with EEC. I did present that "luck" is the culmination of personal preparation and opportunity. I have a concrete vision that EEC will invest in those employees willing to invest in themselves and help them be ready for future roles in the company.
