Micro management, incompetent management, no employee recognition or gratitude for jobs well done. Lack of direction. Employee turnover (voluntary) is above industry standards.
Work environment is extremely poor with dirty paint on the walls and stains on the carpet.
Health insurance policy is one of the worst I have ever seen. Company is now partially owned by NTT Japan who only knows that the financials are getting progressively worse without knowing the root cause. Current management is running what use to be a good company into the ground. There is no room for growth unless you are one of the chosen few and if you are encouraged by management to excel there is little time to work on what you need to do to advance due to the excessive work load. After Kaizen training which was paid for by a grant from the state of MA, the new company theme is to "do more with less" which is not the Kaizen philosophy. After the state spent thousands of dollars on this training, very little of the training has been put into practice.
